After two months we decided we could no longer stay there, so we talked to Mike about us leaving before the home was sold. I could not begin to tell you how impressed we were with the way Mike handled our affairs. Mike went beyond his responsibility as our Agent with his attention and willingness to help. We have owned and sold three homes in our life time without any problems, but never, did we have an agent such as Mike. He is the most organized agents we have worked with. Mike kept us informed of every detail by E-mail and telephone, sometimes contacting us more than once a day. It was truly a pleasure working with Century 21 and especially with Mike. However, we certainly never imagined what we expected to be a nightmare, to be such a simple, straightforward and almost effortless journey down our yellow brick road. Just six short weeks ago, we attended a CentuIy 21 Home Buyers Seminar and two days ago we walked out of the lawyers' office with house keys. We were so impressed with our realtor, This being our first home search buy experience, we had lots of questions and truly needed a "seasoned realtor" to guide us through the process. We didn't know what to ask and we certainly didn't know who was supposed to answer the questions we did have. Mike's willingness to seek clarification and offer direction was invaluable. With his attention to each and every detail we certainly felt as if we were customer number 1! He arranged for viewings of four different homes one late Sunday afternoon. Personally, I thought it impossible to look at four homes on opposite sides of the city in just two hours, but he managed to add one more to the list that afternoon, making it five homes and we were still finished in two hours! And of course, the first home we looked at was THE ONE. Century 21 has a gem in Mike stayed in close contact with us from the evening of the Home Buying Seminar and continued to check on our needs frequently, sometimes daily, until we walked out of lawyer's office on closing day.
